Only a few years ago, the Opel Adam R2 was the ideal car for drivers aiming to become the top Junior in the Belgian Rally Championship, and it remains an excellent solution for young drivers taking their first steps in the discipline. They also have the opportunity to compete in a car that helped launch the careers of drivers such as Martins Sesks, Jari Huttunen, Chris Ingram Jr and Grégoire Munster, who claimed the Junior BRC title behind its wheel. Maximum performance, minimum weight
The Opel Adam R2 stands out thanks to its impressive level of performance, with a naturally aspirated 1.6-litre engine producing 180 horsepower, all for a featherweight 1,030 kilos. A power-to-weight ratio that made it a formidable rally car and helped nurture a new generation of young talents.
Stability
With its reinforced chassis and adjustable 3-way Reiger Racing suspension, the Opel Adam R2 offers excellent stability and handling on all types of terrain, even when conditions become more challenging and gravel comes into play. The compact rally car also features powerful braking performance, thanks to an adjustable brake balance and 4-piston Brembo calipers.
